Stationery box

Hi everyone and thank you for stopping by.

I have just uploaded a YouTube tutorial showing how to make this gorgeous stationery set. The set above was made using the In Good Taste designer series paper on Basic Gray cardstock.
These papers are also ideal for making male cards.

The tutorial will be in two parts.
In part one, I show you how to make the base including the three pockets to hold greeting cards, little notelets and gift tags, I’ll also show you how to make a little notepad from scratch. In the tutorial I use the Forever Greenery designer series paper on Soft Sea Foam cardstock.
I shall be uploading Part 2 in the next few days where I’ll be showing you how I make the cards etc.

Below are the cards I have already made for the completed box along with the measurements in both inches and centimetres.
You can find instructions by clicking on the Tutorial tab at the top of this page or alternatively you can click on the YouTube icon where you’ll be directed straight to my channel.

Variation of aperture xmas card

I’ve made a variation of the Xmas card I made earlier this week.
This time I die cut the Field Tiles die out of Rich Razzleberry cardstock and heat embossed it twice using clear embossing powder.
The video below hopefully shows you how shiny it is.

I used the same colour cardstock for the base and then applied ink around the scalloped frame using a sponge dauber and Rich Razzleberry Classic Stampin’ pad.

Have a good day!

christmas card with aperture using Field Tiles dies

So this is my first Christmas card made for this year, I wasn’t intending on starting my Xmas cards just yet.
I knew that I wanted to create a card using the decorative square die from the Field Tiles dies.

I was going to create a square aperture and then remembered that I didn’t have the square layering dies (ordered now).
So I used the Circle Layering dies instead as I noticed the centre of the die cut image looked like a snowflake.

I also made this card using the new Stampin’ Up! Cut and Emboss machine that is available to buy from the 1st September 2020 so be sure to check out my YouTube video if you would like to see this in action!!

Written instructions along with the measurements and materials used are below. A video tutorial can be found on the Tutorials tab at the top of this page.
